Well, it has been a day :)  Hope you all sleep well & will be online again later on tomorrow after my 'modelling' for facials, etc is finished... lol, or sooner if I can't sleep!  THANKS AGAIN to everyone who reads this blog & a SPECIAL thanks to those who have checked out my art store... l TOTALLY APPRECIATE IT since my art  is how I earn my living :)))))

I had a fun evening meeting up with a bunch of friends for beer & wings.  It was great  seeing them all, although I have to admit me being a non-drinking vegetarian puts a bit of a kink in the consumption plans...lollll!  Anyways, think I willGoing to be catching up on some emails  & some nerding out, maybe even watch a show ;)  Have a great night all!!!

I forgot how nice it was to hit the steam room before going to sleep... first time I've actually felt warm since being back in Canada ;)  Hope your day went well & you have a good night's sleep....see you tomorrow ;)

Hello All... hope you've been having a SUPER week so far!!!  After 3 days of travelling, I've finally arrived back in BC, Canada where I'll be for the next three months tying up loose ends before heading back to the Caribbean ;)  I forgot how comparatively laaa-deee-daaa are little condo here is & the bed & pillows....ahhhhh.... I'm going to sleep good tonight!   So LOTS of NEW ART & UPDATES coming up tomorrow.  For tonight I'll answer emails & slip into a power coma...hehehe.  SWEET SLEEPS ALL, Smiles, Chantelle.

YAYYYYY... I am finally hooked up to the internet after two days!!!!!  Talk about withdrawals...lol... hope you have all had an AWESOME week so far :))  After 2 days of travel, only one day left till we are back in the Okanagan.  So it'll be another day before I can get back into the swing of things.  Will try to get a design or two done tonight, but the lack of sleep is totally getting to me, so will say goodnight & updates for you all soon :))

Wow... what a final night here in the DR!  Beautiful restaurant right on the ocean & we got to see whales breaching & tons of big white cap waves crashing onto the rocks the restaurant was built on!  The art show display was really neat & a ton of friends ended up meeting up with us, so it was sooo fun :))  We didn't figure out that the reason the restaurant was not nearly as full as usual until we were leaving:  apparently there were 2 murders there yesterday, so people were not in the mood to head back there too quickly :(  I don't know any other details other than the police where combing the area all day for clues, but were finished and gone before we got there, so we had no idea.   Glad we found out after our fun evening rather than before...whoa huh?!!!  The poor people :(


Well, I'm going to unwind and work on a few NEW ART designs before zzzzz's, so hope you all have a good night's sleep... tomorrow and the next day will be really hit and miss online for me since most of the time will be spent travelling on the planes.  Take care... ttys :))  Smiles, Chantelle

Happy that my poor hubby is starting to feel a bit better... I always feel so bad for him when he gets sick :(  I even loyally watched a movie with him *well, most of a movie, it was really lame so since he didn't want to finish it either, thus, I got out of it too ...lolllll  Hope you all enjoyed your Saturday & sleep well tonight! 


 I think I will nerd out a little bit before sleep...the crickets & frogs in the tropical forest around us are particularly vocal tonight...they must know its the weekend ::))  And there is a party going on down at the poolside restaurant near our place, so its gonna be a later night I think :)
