Posted: 30 May 2012 09:41 AM PDT The Auto Train aims to provide a sustainable solution for traveling distances too long to drive by car but too short to fly by plane. The fully-automated system accommodates individual passengers and their vehicles. So that it doesn’t need to stop between destinations, a number of train sections are designed to easily merge and diverge from the track at specialized stations, allowing it to work like an automated taxi that automatically drops you off at your destination! Designer: Marco Gallegos Now that I'm getting the hang of this whole website business, I thought I'd make it easier for you all to keep up with the different updates by posting them all here under "LATEST NEWS", then moving them onto their respective categories later. Or should I just carry on the way it is? I thought that the new way would make it possible to onl check here to see the latest updates in all the categories... WHAT DO U THINK? Feedback is totally appreciated... feel free to leave a comment!!! |
